How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days to do so — provided the item remains unopened and in its original packaging.
Return Approval: Before returning, please contact our customer service team first at contact@healthysocks.com.
Unannounced returns or packages sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Request Processing Time: Our team will assess your return request within 7 business days and guide you through the process.
Refund Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.
Track & Trace Required
When returning a product, you must use a shipping method with Track & Trace. This tracking number should be kept safe until your return is successfully completed.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed with our customer support team, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
